Do you fix leaking skylights?

Our repair process typically stops leaks IF the leaking is coming from around the glass. We can also apply flashing tape at an additional cost during our rebuilding process if you have a leaking problem.
How long does your process take?

The average time of repair is 45-120 mins per skylight, depending on the manufacturer. Most take under an hour.
My skylight allows too much heat, is there anything we can do?

YES! We can add a heat reflective window film, specifically designed to reflect UV and prevent almost 80% of thermal heat gain.
My furniture is fading from the sunlight, can you help?

YES! Our window films block out 99.9% ultraviolet light, the leading cause of fading.

We service most of New England if we can identify the make/model of your skylight with your help. (See skylight identification page).
We live outside New England, can you help us?

Please call. It’s always our goal to help. Even if you’re geographically hard to get to for us, we may have some options available to help.
How much does it typically cost to rebuild a skylight?

Typically $450-$900.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, a 10 year transferable warranty against seal failure on new glass units. Labor is not included.
